How to build Salome on FreeBSD

This instruction helps you to build Salome version 5.1.3 on FreeBSD platform.

Salome commited to FreeBSD ports tree (ports cad/salome*), but there is a bug with autotools. So you should use this file for replace to /usr/ports/cad/salome/Makefile.ext until PR ports/143878 will be commited.
